3rd Annual Art Associates Juried Exhibition

We would like to extend an invitation to all visual artists to enter the 3rd Annual Art Associates Juried Exhibition. All media of visual art -- original, and created within the last three years -- is eligible.

Our Guest juror this year is Beau Comeaux, and we are honored to have him. Mr. Comeaux is a Louisiana native that currently resides and teaches in Dallas, Texas. His current photographs of night landscapes represent traditional spaces in a painterly fashion. Using selective focus, his images take spaces of reality and submerge them into a surreal playground of light and color. He has exhibited work nationally, appeared in numerous publications and has also been featured in Jill Waterman’s book Night and Low Light Photography: Professional Techniques from Experts for Artistic and Commercial Success.
The deadline for entries is August 21st, and the show will open on Friday, October 2nd, following the Mayor's Arts Awards at Central School. New this year, there will be an award $250 for "Best of Show", as well as three $50 awards for "Honorable Mention".
